...is a bore, even if geckos ARE sometimes cute. Especially when you've got timecode breaks. Which is why I am so relieved my [God-send of a] film partner Julia has taken on the bulk of it! Meanwhile, I've been jaunting off on another shoot into Fiordland (more helicopters, sleeping in a rock bivvy, and weta the size of my thumb!). Oh, and doing a bit of film website design, and some of the science-y stuff that Jules isn't so keen on. A good partnership, huh? Organising what is exciting about geckos and what can just stay put in those scientific journals. Harder than it sounds - I'm so close to geckos now (literally, they're invading my sleep!) that I can't work out what's riviting and what's just snore-ville.
